Perhaps KZJ70/90 is the best Toyota engine ever made for off-road vehicles, an engine capable of delivering a good driving torque and a non-excellent but sufficient power. For Nissan Patrol GR 2.8-liter Y61 SAITO provides to specialized companies only, two different turbines, both with the aim of increasing the driving torque, making the engine more reactive, and increasing the absolute power. The two turbochargers supplied by Saito for Nissan Patrol Y61 meet the mentioned goals maintaining two different power delivery standards.
SSP160VGT is based upon a Garrett VGT Turbocharger, with a cartridge system that allows to obtain a good compromise between reliability and performance. The aerodynamic characteristics are suitable for obtaining a good response at low revs, a good level of power and a reduction in specific consumption. The VGT allows to obtain an incredible progression of the driving torque from low revs, greatly reducing the sensation of “turbolag”. The turbine comes out with modified gas inlet flange and in the VGT system’s actuator.

Mitsubishi turbochargers represent the Top of supercharging technology thanks to the careful study of materials, the refined realization of the internal components and to the sophisticated aerodynamics.
SDT3WG is based on a genuine Mitsubishi TDO4L, a very sophisticated waste gate Turbo equipped with 360° thrust bearing able to support the pressure generated by a boost pressure of over 1.6 Bar without problems (The turbo is able to withstand over 2.0 bar of pressure). The casing is in HiSi (a high quality gray cast iron capable of withstanding high gas temperatures).
